XRP whales accumulated more than 16.46 million tokens over five days as the price fell from $1.34 to $1.15. Analyst Ali Charts reported the buying activity, while Celal Kucuker outlined a possible decline toward $1.05. Meanwhile, XRP traded below key moving averages as holder numbers continued to increase.
Whales Accumulate XRP as Prices Decline
Ali Charts reported that large entities bought more than 16.46 million XRP during the five-day period. Their purchases came as the token dropped from $1.34 to $1.15. The accumulation contrasted with XRP’s declining market price.
However, the analyst did not provide further details about the buyers or their individual transactions. Meanwhile, Celal Kucuker presented another price outlook based on XRP’s descending trendline.
He said the token could first test the 1.10–1.05 range before reversing. Kucuker expects a break above that trendline to open a potential rally toward $4.15. He also compared the possible move with XRP’s 2024–2025 rally.
XRP Remains Below Key Moving Averages
The May 8 to November 8, 2026, chart shows several major price movements. XRP traded around 1.40–1.45 in early May before declining through May and June. The price eventually approached $1.00, despite recovery attempts in June and July.

Selling pressure continued in August, taking XRP toward $0.98. However, a sharp rebound began around August 21. XRP climbed above $1.50 and reached approximately $1.60 in September. That recovery later faded as selling pressure returned during October and early November.
XRP currently trades near $1.162, below its 50-day moving average at $1.24. It also remains below the 200-day moving average near $1.31. The 1.14–1.16 area provides immediate support, while $1.24 and $1.31 remain resistance levels.
Network Activity Shows Rising Holder Numbers
Despite the price decline, XRP’s holder count has continued to grow. The network now has approximately 8.31 million holders. Daily active addresses currently are near 26,700.
However, activity surged during the August rally, when daily active addresses approached 938,000. A drop below $1.14 could expose XRP to $1.06 and $0.98. However, a move above $1.24 could bring $1.31 and $1.38 into focus.
