XRP and DOGE show deeply negative 365-day MVRV readings as prices recover, while XRP faces $1.52 resistance after its recent rally.

  • XRP’s 365-day MVRV sits near -11.75%, while DOGE reaches -19.26%, showing long-term holders remain underwater.
  • XRP rallied from $0.70-$0.80 to around $1.52 before retreating, with $1.45 and $1.40 providing key support.
  • XRP’s RSI fell to 51.13 after exceeding 70, while $1.52 resistance could open a path toward $1.60.

XRP and DOGE remain below zero on the 365-day MVRV measure despite the recent crypto market rebound, according to Santiment Intelligence. XRP’s MVRV stands near -11.75%, while DOGE sits around -19.26%, compared with slightly positive readings for BTC, ETH and LINK.

XRP And DOGE Remain Below Zero

Santiment said lower MVRV readings generally mean fewer profitable holders remain ready to sell. The metric compares an asset’s market value with the realized value of its holders. XRP and DOGE have the deepest negative readings among the assets highlighted by Santiment.

Their average long-term traders remain underwater despite the recent recovery. Meanwhile, BTC, ETH and LINK have 365-day MVRV readings slightly above zero. Santiment said their average traders active over the past year hold small profits.

The difference places XRP and DOGE further below the zero line than the other coins discussed. Santiment also noted that deeper holder losses have historically offered different long-term market setups.

XRP Price Retreats From $1.52

XRP climbed from roughly $0.70-$0.80 in mid-September before accelerating after September 19. The price moved through $0.90, $1.00 and $1.20 before reaching about $1.52.

The latest candle opened at $1.4943 and reached $1.5194. It later fell to $1.4877 before closing at $1.5007, gaining 0.44%. However, the rejection near $1.50-$1.52 pushed XRP toward $1.40-$1.45.

Price later recovered toward $1.50, keeping that area as an immediate pivot. Trading volume currently stands near 20.92 million. Meanwhile, XRP shows an 18.99% gain against DOGE’s 18.33% over the measured period.

XRP Momentum Cools After Sharp Rally

The RSI has dropped to 51.13 after previously moving above 70. Its moving average remains higher at 66.00, while the current RSI is near neutral territory. The $1.52 level remains the key near-term resistance.

A move above it could place $1.60 on the price map. However, $1.45 remains an important support level. Below it, the chart shows $1.40, followed by the $1.30-$1.35 region. Santiment’s MVRV data also keeps XRP and DOGE below zero. Meanwhile, BTC, ETH and LINK remain slightly above the zero threshold.
