Private Equity Records the Fastest Growth
X Finance Bull shared figures showing stronger activity across Stellar’s tokenized asset market. Private equity recorded 57.05% growth over 30 days, reaching $26.9 million. That was the fastest increase among the asset categories shown.
However, private equity remains relatively small beside Stellar’s larger tokenized markets. Active strategies hold approximately $1.7 billion, representing 38.41% of the reported market value. Their 30-day growth reached 21.60%, according to the supplied figures.
U.S. Treasury debt follows with approximately $1.4 billion in tokenized assets. The category gained 13.80% during the same 30-day period. Its reported market share stands at 31.39%, placing it behind active strategies.
Together, active strategies and Treasury debt account for nearly 70% of reported value. This concentration shows where most of Stellar’s tokenized asset activity currently sits. Private equity is growing faster, but its contribution remains comparatively modest.
Other Asset Categories Show Mixed Results
Corporate credit holds approximately $516.8 million across four reported products. Its value changed by just 0.01% over the measured period. Non-U.S. government debt, meanwhile, declined 8.81% to $262.3 million.
Real estate recorded no change, retaining a reported value of $71.7 million. Stocks fell 3.54% to $27.3 million during the same period. Commodities fell 6.22% and diversified credit lost 0.22%.
Specialty finance was up 1.00% over 30 days to $4.5 million. Private equity and active strategies therefore lead the reported growth figures. Several other categories have yet to show comparable expansion.
The figures present a market with clear differences between asset classes. Larger investment products carry most of the value, while smaller segments fluctuate. Sustained growth across additional categories would provide a wider measure of adoption.
U.S. Bank Completes USBDC Pilot on Stellar
U.S. Bank announced its successful live pilot transaction on September 9, 2026. The payment used USBDC, the bank’s proprietary dollar-backed stablecoin. It transferred value between the bank’s North American and European entities.
The transaction took place on Stellar’s public blockchain. U.S. Bank tested minting, payment, redemption, freezing and clawback functions. These controls allow the bank to manage its stablecoin throughout its lifecycle.
The pilot also tested U.S. Bank’s internally developed Digital Asset Platform. That platform links the blockchain with current finance, risk, compliance and operations systems. The integration allows the bank to remain in the same control on chain transfers.
U.S. Bank CEO Gunjan Kedia described the transaction as a step forward. The bank is examining ways to improve global cash management and money movement. Its work with Stellar also builds on an existing strategic relationship.
Future applications under review include liquidity management and collateral mobility. The bank is also examining cross-border treasury operations and related institutional services. However, the announcement describes a pilot, not a public stablecoin rollout.
For Stellar, the transaction provides a working example of institutional payment infrastructure. Meanwhile, the RWA figures show substantial value concentrated in tokenized investment products. Neither development automatically guarantees higher demand for XLM. Further adoption will depend on commercial deployment, transaction activity and actual network usage.
