  • Ondo’s tokenized products bridge traditional finance with blockchain within Europe’s regulated market framework.

Ondo Finance has unveiled plans to make U.S. stock trading accessible across Europe through tokenized securities listed on BX Digital, a regulated platform under the Boerse Stuttgart Group.

The initiative will enable investors in the European Economic Area to trade over 100 tokenized U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as exchange-traded products (ETPs) in Switzerland. The move, announced this week, links traditional markets with blockchain infrastructure in a regulated setting.

BX Digital To List Ondo’s Tokenized U.S. Assets

According to a joint statement, BX Digital will facilitate the trading and settlement of Ondo tokenized assets on its upcoming digital asset exchange. BX Digital, part of Boerse Stuttgart Group, records around €90 billion in annual trading volume, making it one of Europe’s major exchange operators.

The tokenized products are fully backed by their underlying assets, including stocks and ETFs held with licensed U.S. custodial broker-dealers, along with cash in transit. This structure ensures transparency and compliance with financial regulations while offering real-time settlement and global transferability.

BX Digital Chief Executive Officer Lidia Kurt said the partnership aims to provide issuers worldwide with a trusted environment for digital asset products while broadening investor access across Europe.

100+ Tokenized Stocks And ETFs For European Investors

Through this collaboration, investors across the European Economic Area will gain access to more than 100 tokenized securities, including ETFs, through BX Digital’s regulated infrastructure. These tokenized products are structured to provide investors with exposure to the performance and dividends of the underlying securities.

However, the tokens do not grant holders ownership rights over the underlying stocks or ETFs. Instead, they track their value and incorporate dividend proceeds after applicable taxes. The offering will initially target qualified and professional investors in Europe and Switzerland before becoming generally available in Swiss markets once admitted to trading.

Bridging Traditional And Blockchain Finance

Ian De Bode, Chief Strategy Officer at Ondo Finance, stated that the collaboration with BX Digital demonstrates how tokenized products can integrate into regulated markets. The partnership arrives amid rising institutional demand for transparent, compliant access to blockchain-based financial instruments.

By combining traditional finance infrastructure with blockchain settlement mechanisms, the collaboration is a key step in developing regulated tokenized markets in Europe. It reflects growing interest among established exchanges in supporting blockchain-based assets through compliant, investor-focused frameworks.
