The targets stand at $0.30, $0.60 and $1. However, these figures represent the analyst’s projections, not confirmed future prices.

Hedera Expands Cross-Ledger and Institutional Work
Hedera contributed CLPR, its cross-ledger protocol, to Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust Labs. The open-source protocol supports development around cross-ledger settlement, foreign exchange transactions and collateral mobility.
Additionally, Hedera joined the United Kingdom’s Wholesale Digital Markets Champion Taskforce. The initiative focuses on developing tokenized wholesale financial markets and connecting them with existing financial infrastructure.
Token Relations also highlighted new Hedera Council partners WISeKey and SpaceDev. HashPack, a self-custodial Hedera wallet, partnered with SODAX to offer tokenized stocks on Robinhood alongside other real-world assets.
Hashgraph CIO Describes Institutional Adoption
Hashgraph Chief Investment Officer Gregg Bell discussed institutional blockchain adoption with Jacquelyn Melinek in September. Speaking on StrataMedia’s Talking Tokens podcast, Bell said governments and financial institutions were exploring tokenized money, property and other assets.
He also identified regulatory clarity and interoperability without bridges as important factors for institutional use. Bell cited Standard Bank and Aberdeen as financial institutions operating directly on Hedera.
Meanwhile, Hedera released an SDK-native method for retrieving HBAR account balances through its Mirror Node REST API. It also restricted smart contract calls within Atomic Batch Transactions, directing developers to submit those calls separately.
In September, Hedera announced HCS-14, a draft standard for AI agent identity across Web2 and Web3. It also introduced HCS-27, a framework for defining logic used by AI agents.
