Bitget Exchange has announced that its global registered user base has exceeded 45 million, marking a substantial increase from the previous year. The exchange, which has experienced rapid growth across multiple regions, particularly Africa and Asia, revealed these achievements during its sixth anniversary celebration held in Singapore.
The most notable growth was observed in Africa, where Bitget recorded an impressive 1,614% increase in user registrations in 2024. South Asia followed with a 729% rise, and Southeast Asia saw a 216% increase.
This surge in user numbers can be attributed, in part, to the recent TON projects, which have gained significant traction in these regions, contributing to Bitget’s expanding user base.
In addition to its growing user base, Bitget reported a daily trading volume exceeding $10 billion, underscoring the platform’s increasing influence in the cryptocurrency market.
The exchange also recorded over 30 million monthly visits, reflecting the platform’s popularity among traders worldwide. Furthermore, the net inflow of assets reached $779 million in the first half of 2024, signaling strong investor confidence in Bitget’s platform.
To cater to its users’ diverse needs, Bitget introduced innovative products such as PoolX and pre-market trading. PoolX, which launched over 60 popular projects within three months, has already helped increase earnings for more than 350,000 users.
Additionally, the pre-market trading feature attracted over 35,000 traders, further boosting activity on the platform.
As evident from the corporation’s global initiatives, Bitget’s policies are in line with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) principles, such as fostering blockchain education and supporting women entrepreneurs.
The Blockchain4Youth program has educated more than 13,000 students on blockchain technology from 60+ universities worldwide. Bitget is one of many companies that support the Blockchain4Her initiative, which aims to strengthen women in the cryptocurrency economy. This initiative works with organizations like SheFi and Women in Web3.
